This stuff is so thick and strong, that you really have to play and work this in into your hair. Therefore I recommend this for shorter hair styles, or for men, who want long lasting spiky hair. Lots Softer Than Cement!
Guess Redken was trying to be witty, calling this hair gel cement. Pretty far from cement, I've had more extreme and 'hard' treatments in a tube. Which is why I do like this stuff! It's resonable, and keeps your hair the way you want it, while still in the realm of nature. For fine hair that needs a fix
