I'm sure this can't be good for my hair, but I initially bought it to cleanse my scalp when I couldn't wash my hair extensions frequently. The salicylic-acid formula cut through oil and dirt and reduced the amount of (ew) blemishes around my hairline. For my face, I normally consider astringent an unnecessary step, but I use this occasionally. The cooling effect and strong, flowery-peppermint scent are super-refreshing. Dry, sensitive skin types may find the ingredients too harsh.

Alright this ROCKS as an astringent, it really works wonders on my skin (and also if you've been cursed with cold sores like I have it works for that too even though I'm sure that's not it's true purpose). The only problem is that it REALLY burns your eyes! Be careful and I would suggest closing your eyes before using it. — 2 years, 7 months ago

This astigent works really well at cleaning out your pores and preventing breakouts. The smell is light and it stings a little on your skin, but the ingredients are great at fighting breakouts. I use this a lot, and it is good on my skin to help keep it clean. — 3 years, 7 months ago
