Pleasantly surprised!
I recently lost my job and had to say Ahhhhh-dios to my $36 Dermalogica moisturizer. Ouch. So, I went to Walmart looking for a budget moisturizer. I have always been one to save on cleanser since it washes down the drain anyway, and splurge on moisturizer. However, I was surprised with this product! I have combo/dry skin in the winter and combo/oily in the sumer; it works just perfectly. I also didn't notice any "glitter" on my hands or face, and I am glad of that. In addition, I do prefer a higher SPF, so just for good measure I apply my SPF 30 block over this moisturizer. I have not had any dificulties at all and do like this moisturizer. However, I do worry about what ingredients I may be putting on my face since this was only $4.97. nice glow with this

Sparkley and oily...at least it smells good.
Okay it smells nice, kind of a faint orange scent. Moisturizes....a bit TOO well for oilier complexions. This made me an oil slick, as well as a very very sparkley oil slick. GREAT BUY!
I've been using this moisturizer for about 2 months now and I love it. It has a nice, light scent to it and glides on my face when I apply it. And my skin looks luminous after!!! It really does give me a nice glow!!! I put this on before I apply my make-up in the morning and my make-up goes on smooth but the best part is you can still see that luminous glow peaking through!! Nothing special.
I have been using this for a while and am only waiting until I finally run out. It's not very moisturizing at all, yet about an hour later it makes your face look extremely oily. And the "glow" is simply just little sparkles in it that don't really do much of anything. I have acne-prone skin and it didn't break me out at all, but it didn't do anything great or amazing either, just "meh". I really loved this lotion for a few years and used it religiously from ages 15-18 but my skin is changing a bit and needs a heavier lotion, especially in winter. It's a good value for the price (I think it's less than $5 a bottle, or not much more than that) and it lasts for a few months. The pump bottle makes it easy to use and easy to get all of the product out (just unscrew the lid when it starts running out). I love that it has SPF in it. It isn't a lot (SPF 15) but at least it's something. It doesn't make your skin look pale even with the sunscreen which is great. After using their dual action mosturizer I decided to try this out. I'm in love. It's gentle enough for under eyes and plus t has a sunscreen so I don't have to worry about getting too red. I really wanted to like this moisturizer because I thought it had what I was looking for: an oil-free moisturizer with sun protection. I have to say, regrettably, that I'm just not impressed. This moisturizer never sinks in and makes me feel very uncomfortable and greasy! I love that refreshing and clean feeling after cleansing in the morning and this product defeated the purpose of 'clean'. It sits on top of my face and makes me squirm in discomfort; I always look forward to taking it off.
