Ole Henriksen Truth Serum Collagen Booster Reviews

A SUPER BOOST for ANY Complexion!
I grow more infatuated with Ole Henriksen's skin care line with every passing day! My skin, already in good shape, looks and feels better since I've been using their products than it did in my late teens or early twenties. These irritant-free items are meant for every skin type. They moisturize, correct and diminish fine lines, wrinkles, and pores, prohibit blemishes from forming, increase radiance, and make your skin more taut (what else could you possibly ask for?). What I love the most is my skin's perfected appearance, a new and very visible clarity. And others are noticing it as well. I was stopped in the supermarket the other day by a woman who asked me what I use on my skin. I gave her a brief description; she had never heard of the brand. The next day a clothing saleswoman at a department store complimented me on my complexion. My husband is using these products, and he looks like a new man. Henriksen's "Truth Serum™ Collagen Booster" seems to be the "key" item in this line. It is packed with Vitamin C, which smoothes furrows and prevents further skin damage. Vitamin E, a known antioxidant, increases the efficacy of Vitamin C. Green Tea Extract protects against damage, while Sodium Hyaluronate binds moisture to skin. Vitamin C itself has been shown to be far more effective to encourage the production of Collagen than to apply creams containing Collagen itself to your face and neck. This lightweight, sweet-smelling gel should be applied to face and neck in the morning and evening after cleansing. Allow some time to pass for absorption, and then follow with the luscious "Truth Revealed™ Super Creme SPF 15" or the lightweight, highly effective "Sheer Transformation™" Moisturizer. Your face will be smooth, and makeup (even powder foundation) applies easily over this mix. In the meanwhile, you can smile, knowing that you are nourishing and repairing your skin, all the while looking beautiful! — 1 month, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 6 of 6 people said helpful

Olay and Ole Truth (No surgery)
Amazing Wow IN CREDIBLE! After using the Olay Regenerist Night Cream, I pump a squirt of this serum by Ole into my left hand and use a finger from my right hand to spread a drop over my laugh lines and under my eyes where I have several crows feet. The other day, I wasn't sure if what I saw in the bathroom mirror was real. I had to go to a different room with different light and a different mirror. I am stunned. My face looks like it's several years younger. Incredible. It may seem expensive at first glance but a pump a day makes Ole Truth Serum totally worth the price. And that's the truth. — 1 year, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 12 of 14 people said helpful

ok
This serum was just OK, a bit pricey though. I didn't notice any difference in my skin and wouldn't buy again. — 3 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 4 people said helpful

What a hoax
Blagh, The last thing I wanted was an expensive product that made me break out. That's exactly what I got with this. It moisturized, I guess, but other than that just gave me crappy skin. NO THANK YOU. I'm so mad at this stuff, I can't even talk anymore. — 4 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 19 people said helpful

Truth Is That is WORKS
My skin is really sensitive and most products don't work for me. This is soothing to my skin under my moisturizer. After continual use, I am definitely seeing an improvement in wrinkles and dark spots. I don't go a day without it! — 1 month, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Ole Henriksen Truth Serum
I was so excited about this product! I have dry sensitive skin and was assured that this product was all about hydration when paired with the moisturizing lotion. I used it for over a week and saw no visible results, but continued to use thinking it just takes time. Well, after 2 weeks, my face erupted into one hot mess. Flaky, red, sensitive skin and about 5 pimples! I was mortified and so very dissapointed. I didn't know what to do to heal my face and started researching face oils. I decided to give it a try and Josie Maran Argan Oil healed me face completely! I use it everyday along with a very mild cleanser that I found at Walgreens of all places. It is for people that suffer from Rosecea and it healed the redness. AMAZING! Thank goodness. I would never recommend these products to anyone with sensitive, dry skin even though the products are promoted for that skin type. — 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Ole Henriksen Truth Serum
I can't say I didn't like this product or hate it. When using it, I think my skin felt more moisturized, but I'm not sure it didn't anything more than that. I have very sensitive skin and it didn't seem to irritate my skin, but I didn't see any other visible results. I know people who swear by this product, but for me, it wasn't an amazing product. — 1 month, 4 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 2 people said helpful

Yikes...peeling skin!
Clearly this is a love it or hate it product. I was recommended this "serum" and its sister moisturizer to help with keeping even skin color during my hormonal acne swings. Applying the serum feels and smells pleasant, like a cooling tangerine moisturizer, though it doesn't actually "moisturize". And discoloration seemed to fade, but in about an hour my skin was peeling! What?!? I'm not just talking about a few flakes, I mean it looked like I put Elmer's glue on my face. I cannot tell if the peel is the product lifting off my skin or if my skin is falling apart. I went back and checked that somehow I didn't end up with a face peel sample by accident, but nope. Went home and had to use olive oil to get everything off. Yikes. And no, I'm not allergic to oranges. My advice is save your money and make an oatmeal avocado mask at home. — 5 months, 4 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 2 people said helpful

TRUTH SERUM
I got a free sample of this from Sephora and really enjoyed how it felt on my skin as a serum. It felt cool and smooth and had a nice citrusy scent to it. I live in Hawaii and get a lot more sun than I should so was looking for something to help alleviate some of the damage and help repair my skin and thought this might be the way to go so I purchased the larger bottle for around $47. I still enjoy the way it makes my skin feel and use it as a morning brightener/repairer after my cleanser but it hasn't done anything to alleviate my mild crows feet or anything. I will probably not purchase it again after I use it up and will find a different Vitamin C product to use as my brightener purely due to the higher price and the lack of any dramatic changes in my skin. — 8 months, 1 week agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 2 people said helpful
