I have always had thick eyebrows and never really used an eyebrow color regularly. Lately, I've noticed that my eyebrows are thinner and I don't like it! Since I adore all the other Bare Minerals products that I've tried, I figured I'd give this a go. It takes a little getting used to, as the jar has no sifter and the brush is stiffer than I expected. If you take care to tap excess color off the brush first, the application is easy. I got this in a kit with the brush and the brow gel, which I'll review seperately. Definitely worth trying. I was glad to see BareMinerals go back to the three basic colors and not just that generic color with the brow kit; something I never bought. The color for red can be a bit dark if one is not paying attention, but the color is exactly right for me. And it's reasonable in price. Especially if you realize you will never again have to buy a brow color unless you dye or lose your hair. May 13, 2008, 5:21 pm

I've tried several products to enhance my brows, but have never been even halfway satisfied. I use the Brunette shade and it looks perfectly natural on me. My eyebrows are black, and most eyebrow pencils/powders are either brown (like a Crayola crayon) or a harsh onyx black. This looks perfectly natural on me and I'll never use anything else. I just recently got this color for brunettes, and I have to say the color matches really well to my natural eyebrow color (I am Asian-American and I do not color my hair). I usually use MAC eyeshadow as my brow fill-in. A word to the wise though: Do NOT use the bare escentuals brow brush with this. The brush is too stick and does not distribute the color well at all. The packaging is not good either. If you travel with it at all, the powder moves around so that when you open the lid, a bunch of powder will just spill out if you're not careful.
