Helps with sleep

Great light scent

Lavender Chamomille Review
Got this as a gift for Christmas. I had never used a "pillow mist" before and I was a little nervous that it would be too strong. I was wrong. The scent is soft and not overwhelming. Tip: Spray it on in the morning, when you make your bed. this item is spectacular. I use it every night. I use the Lavendar. It is great for tension and headaches. I mist the entire bed before sleeping. I also use the oils. Great relaxation!

PILLOW MIST REALLY WORKS.............BUT
.......the pillow mist i must say works.....BUT, the next day i feel hung over LOL....like im sooo tired and drowsy. But thru the night u will sleep and just be comfy. I used it on my husbands pillow and he didnt know, well the next day i asked how did he sleep and he was like "u know what, my backs not hurting and i feel really good. I slept really good!" I then told him what i did LOL....read more..and now he makes sure i spray his pillow b4 going to sleep. Not so good
I got this for 50% off during SAS. I had high expectations as I use Lavender Vanilla home oil and it's great. I am not so sure about the mist, because i can hardly smell it after awhile.
