A bit too sheer to be called a "stain"

To make matters worse, it's the wrong color for me. I have the one in "Cherry". Not that I had that much choice. The only other color is "Pink" and really, I should've known better as pink based lip colors do not go well with my warm undertones. Still, I wanted to try it only because I love lip stains and want to try every single one out there to see which ones would work best for me as you never know until you try...right? Anyway, the color pay off of this product is just not enough. It's real sheer even for a color called "Cherry". I would've expected a little more pop from this, seeing as it's the darker of the two choices. The gloss end of this tube is fine, but the plumping lipstain is goooooood! I think it really helps make my lips redder, besides the fact that it's a lipstain, in addition to making them nicely fuller, and doesn't burn the way some lip plumpers do.
