This is the best product I have found for puffy, tired, baggy eyes. Just a tiny amount makes you look like you've been resting for a week even if you've only had 3 hours sleep. I put it on right after my vitamin C serum, and then after it dries, apply my moisturizer, and the puffiness under the eyes decreases within a few minutes.
