I've used a lot of toners, and it's hard to find one that isn't harsh, or doesn't do anything at all. This toner is a good balance. It's got a great, light scent a bit like tea. It sinks into skin quickly, and leaves it feeling smooth, toned, and cool. It lacks a bit on the moisturizing side, but that's what the lotions afterwards are for. This toner leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed, removes makeup (when I am feeling too lazy and just need a one-step before bed plan), and does not dry out the drier parts of my face nor cause break-outs in the olier sections of my 41 yo skin. Not A Must Have Toner
