This is a toner I feel anyone could use and be happy with. Its very gentle and it doesnt burn like some toners do. It was specifically made for sensitive and dry skin, but works great for any skin type. It has white tea in it which helps to fight free radicals. Good for break-out prone skin
I was definitely skeptical about this product as most toners have been known to cause me to break out. But after my Dior rep told me this would put "luster" into my skin, I broke down and bought it. She wasn't kidding.
