  i bought this cleanser because i felt that the blemish foaming cleanser was too harsh for the winter, and the employee at sephora reccomended it. she said it was good for normal skin. ironically, i felt that this cleanswer was much more drying than the original! after washing my face with this, i could barely move my face, ...that's how tight my skin was. if you want something gentle, go with purity made simple, it's great for normal skin.   DDF makes good products all around. The Wash off cleanser is no exception. This is a light, gentle cleanser that does a decent job removing dirt and makeup but without leaving the skin feeling stripped. It is one of my favorites simply because it works well for me whether my skin is being particularly dry or oily. So I can... always count on it to be a safe choice. February 29, 2008, 1:54 pm
