This product is fragrance free and the consitency of toothpaste with sandy grit in it. The paste itself did not irritate my skin, however I found the the texture too abrasive and would be afraid it would damage my skin with regular use. It left my face soft and smooth feeling, I did not notice any visible difference in my skin after use. It did not break my face out. I love clinique products, but i was not impressed by this. I have used it a couple times before I stopped. I did like it because it had a nice smell and it didn't leave my face dried out but it didn't deliver the results i thought it would. I thought it was kind've pricey until i realized how it requires on ur face.
