Awesome skin refinisher
I love everything about this product. Similar products generally irritate my skin, this one does not even on a twice daily basis. It makes my skin soft, more evenly colored and textured, and smoother. The pump works great, the concentrate absorbs even better than the cream and does not lose it potential or get bacteria ridden. Horrible red rash!
I loved this product for the first two weeks that I used it, then all of a sudden I got this horrendous red painful rash, It took a few months for it to go down, my face still shows the damage from this product! Over priced with no results

WORKS
In Asia (where I'm from), this product's called Turnaround Concentrate Extra Radiance Renewer. Not sure if the non-Asian version has different ingredients. Anyway, I'm reviewing the Asian version. :) Before I bought this, I received a sample from Clinique. When the saleslady applied it to my skin, the result was immediate. Dull, uneven, and blotchy skin became smooth and radiant. I was waiting for a break-out, actually, as serums usually broke me out, but there was none of that. After a week-long use of the samples she gave me (a little goes a long way, btw), I noticed that there was a significant change in my skin. It didn't just help me look more radiant, it also evened out my skin tone. Later, I found out that the whole line was tailored for Asian skin (probably because of weather factors and all that) which was more susceptible to dullness, so plus points for that. I've been using it for more than 5 months now, and there have been no break-outs, whatsoever. No, No, NO!
I was SO disappointed that this product did not work for me! I can't for the life of me figure out why, but I broke out in an allergic rash that hurt! I'm sure it's just one, tiny little ingredient. It sucks because my skin felt softer IMMEDIATELY after putting it on. It's been about a month since I've used it and my skin is still healing. It's Not Bad
I use this as a day serum to complement my night serum (I use Advance Night Repair from Estee Lauder) and it's made my pimple scars (the brown marks) fade quicker. It absorbs quite fast and one pump is enough for me. I don't see a great effect and probably should use it at night, but so far I'm happy with it. Works wonders - even on acne-prone skin!
I really like the way that this product makes my skin look and feel. It combats again by improving skin texture and minimizing wrinkles and age spots, but it doesn't aggravate my break-out prone skin. The formula has a nice mattifying effect, reducing shine in the T-zone. Perfect gentle exfoliator for all skin types!
I adore this product! I have combination skin that gets really oily in the T-zone, but is also constantly tight and dehydrated. Sometimes traditional scrubs irritate my skin, so I thought I'd give this a try. You will notice your skin breaks out a tiny bit the first few days (almost like the "gunk" is coming out)...after that, your skin texture totally improves! I have been using the Turnaround Concentrate, 2x a day, for the last year and I will never go without it! My skin looks healthier, it glows from within, my skin texture is so smooth, fine lines have diminished. Friends and family ask what I am using because they notice the difference in my skin. I have combo to oily skin and this product absorbs into my skin and does not make my face greasy or oily. I can not say enough good things about this product!!
