Yes this product is a little expensive, but truly worth the price! It really is an amazing, amazing mascara. It defines each lash seperately while volumising and lengthening them aswell without leaving any clumps anywhere no matter how many times you coat your lashes or how long youve had the mascara, the tube stays absolutely clump free. I never get any smudges with this product and it doesnt make my lashes feel dry like so many other mascaras. The formula is also enriched with vitamin E to help keep your lashes healthy and strong. A must have product for me, plus it comes in 6 shades! Beautiful packaging, like all ysl products. I only wish it was waterproof too! — 8 months, 2 weeks ago

Okay, so it is a little bit more expecnsive that what you would usually pay for a mascara, but it has to be one of the best out there. Never clumps, doesn't smudge easily and makes my lashes look long and curled. I went through my friends make up bag - she is a model and always has the lateset in product - a make up artist used this product on her and now she won;t use anything else - and neither would I :-) Thank you Yves Saint Laurent Just one tiny thing, it says it last 6 months from date of opening, I think 4 months at a push it more realistic - but it's still the best mascara I have ever used. — 1 year, 2 months ago

a little pricy, but well worth the splurge/ No flaking, lashes can look dramatic without lookin stiff great for sensitive eyes. My favourite mascara ever, my problem is that my lashes are long but fair and while many mascaras look good once applied they leave black smudges under my eyes after a few hours. Barring a crying fit this stays put from morning to night (and sometimes through the night if the occasion calls for it!). People have actually asked me if I'm wearing false lashes when I'm wearing this mascara. I wear the violet as my eyes are greeney blue and if I don't have time to put on full eye make-up this really makes them pop. Highly recommended! — 1 year, 11 months ago

I love big bold lashes. I've been a sworn Lash Injection girl for some time, but whenever someone suggests a "better" mascara I give it a try. Many have suggested, all have been wrong... until the girls at Sephora pointed me to the YSL display. I've tried them all and nothing builds the way this stuff does. Big, full, downright heavy lashes. And the colors are fabulous. So far it has held up well in the tube with no flaking or clumping, the brush has stayed perfect, and on the lashes it has great staying power. LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff. Amazing Length and Curl for the "Showstopping" effect!

This is by far the best "Showstopper" mascara I have used. To get this actual effect that it claims, you have to apply a minimun of (2) two coats for that full effect, and (3) three coats for the out-of-control-amazing look. You can put on (1) one layer and it will be enough to last you throughout the day at work while it curls and lengthens your lashes to the maximum extent! I wear this to work and it still looks better than my other daily mascaras. This stuff actually has a light fragrance which smells quite delightful, and the formula does not flake either. I read reviews on this mascara from this website before testing it, and I will have to say that I give it a 10 +. — 2 years, 10 months ago

Great Mascara, Not Excellent

Money is no object when it comes to my lashes. I had such high hopes for this product, but found it lacking in terms of volume. It lenghtened exceptionally well, but my lashes are already long. I want tons of volume to give me the truly "fake eyelash" look I crave, but have always had to use multiple products to create. This is supposed to be a volumizing mascara.
