I have been using this product for the past 10 years. I have recommended it to friends and family. Instead of directly using harsh cleansers, like toners, to remove make-up, I first cover my face with this milk completely, including the eyes. Even the makeup stuck in pores dissolves, preparing it for a deep cleansing. Leave on for a minute, then clean with a wet towel, or cotton ball, if you don't have the time. Use a toner, to even out the skin.
