I wasn't impressed
It says you can put it on dry hair, but I certainly wasn't impressed when I used it that way. It takes a while to absorb, so in the meantime it makes your hair look weighed down and oily. It might work better on damp hair, but I haven't tried it that way (I merely used the testers in the store).
