  this lipstick is a true color, it lasts BUT it will chap your lips at the end of the day. So, apply over chapstick and don't forget to remove it with some baby oil or EVOO at the end of the day. Also, keep reapplying the clear part, to keep them lips moisturized. :-) I like the colors though, so on some events its worth it ...   Another disappontment from Almay

  I love CoverGirl and MaxFactor longwearing lipsticks. But I decided to try Almay as well. I bought it in Brown Sugar which looked pretty in a tube. Had to wait much longer for it to dry on my lips (compare to CoverGirl and MaxFactor), and the tight feeling was unpleasant even after I put the top coat. It feels very heavy, a...   Long Lasting

  When I first tried this lipstick I was skeptical about how long it lasts. Now I put it on the first thing every morning and it stays put throughout the day.   It Stays On

  I like this lipstick. It really stays put even through meals. I like the darker colors like raspberry and winedrop. The lighter colors don't show up as well. Be sure to use the clear moisturizing sealer. It helps the product stay and keeps your lips from drying and chaping. December 2, 2007, 3:39 pm

  Not bad

  This is a bit putsy because you have to wait (a minute?) for your lips to dry before adding the clear glossy coat. It stays put pretty well for a couple of hours but not for twelve. I found a nice color in a promotional display but it's not one of the regular colors at the store. November 30, 2007, 6:45 am

  Feels Great

  This long lasting lip color feels great when applied and dries quickly without sucking the moisture out of my lips. It lasts about 6-8 hours and stays in the middle of the lips just as long as the outside. The clear gloss is really moisturizing without the cotton candy flavor of other brands.   not truly lasting.

  i did not like this product. My lipstick did not last past 2pm and i put it on at 1130am. I was really disappointed with this product. I wish i would have gone back to the store and gotten my money back. July 24, 2008, 3:21 pm
