A luxury, not an essential
This lip liner works as advertised, but I don't have a problem with lipstick or gloss feathering or wandering outside my lips, so my review is not very helpful to those who need a lip liner. I like using this product with Mally Beauty's liquid lipstick (a nice gloss), but only because I got the two products together.
