Fun colors, too tacky
Oh Carol. This was a unique idea. The bottle reminds me of a nail polish bottle. This is one of the weirdest designs out there. You literally brush the gloss onto your lips like if it were a nail. Sigh. The gloss is really sticky but it does give high shine. The colors range from the dull to the punchiest of colors. I own about three of these suckers and my favorite is Groovy. It is a punchy coral color with glitter. I would not recommend wearing these if you are more on the conservative side or using these for work. These glosses do contain a considerable amount of glitter. Be forewarned that this will leave glitter on anything your lips touch. It will also leave the surface of anything you put your lips to tacky. If you know it will be windy, make sure this is not the gloss that you put on. Gloppy
This lip polish is thick, and hard to control the amount on the flimsy brush. If you wipe it off the rim, it creates a string as you pull out. The color I got was super shimmery that my lips were beaming with high shine and intensity with very little product, definitely NOT for daytime look. I also can't imagine how I'll get to the bottle of this product because the applicator definitely won't reach the corners and the product is too thick. Fabulous shine
I love to use this gloss over a lip stain or lipstick, or even a more pigmented gloss. I have a issue with the applicator brush, it's hard to use because the gloss is liquidy so it is easy to drip, and the texture is semi gritty, possibly the glitter? I have Groovy Fruit which is a very sheer pink which is why I use it over another color, but I had a sample of delicious and I loved that shade, it was just the right color and sheerness. Icky
While this does make my lips look shiny, this stuff is just TOO messy. The texture of this product is just too much and I felt like I had wet glue on my lips. Review subject
This was one of my first beauty splurges. I adored the vanilla mint flavor. I felt the packaging was extremely creative. It was definitely one of my favorite lorac products. I miss it very much. A favorite
Ever since I first tried this years ago, I've loved it. Some hate the packaging, I actually love it, too cute! I have the sheer cherry red Revel. Love it, so sexy.
