I used this a while back when I was experiencing some break outs. I found that using it nightly all over my face did the trick. This is not only one of my favorite brands, but one of their best products in my opinion. I don't have big issues with spots, but I get the occasional monthly breakout and using this at night really makes the difference. If I feel one coming, you know that dreaded feeling... apply after cleansing and generally the breakout never shows up. I also love the natural fragrance.
