I love this!
This is a great product, I have horrible puffy eyes and this really does the trick. My only issue with it is that it can take a couple minutes to dry, so it isn't great if you're in a hurry. If you don't wait long enough and try to put concealer or foundation under your eyes this gel will cause your makeup to flake off.
