I love this!
by kmkomette (3 reviews)This is a great product, I have horrible puffy eyes and this really does the trick. My only issue with it is that it can take a couple minutes to dry, so it isn't great if you're in a hurry. If you don't wait long enough and try to put concealer or foundation under your eyes this gel will cause your makeup to flake off. How...ever, if you can wait, then this really works wonders.
