This removes just as well as its non-waterproof sister, only this is a lotion rather than a liquid. It gets off all my long lasting cream eyeliner and mascara without irritating my eyes or lots of rubbing. This works very well. It removed all my eye makeup quickly without rubbing. It was gentle and didn't irritate the skin around my eyes. The only downside was that a little bit got into my eyes and made my vision blurry until it worked its way out.
