All of the Body Shop's Peppermint products are awesome! I have this product as well as the pumice foot scrub, foot mask and peppermint foot lotion. After I exfoliate with my ped egg I scrub my feet and wash them off. Then I put the mask on my feet and wrap them up in cling wrap for around 20 minutes. I then soak my feet in warm water for another twenty. I dry em off and slather them in this product or the lotion and put on cotton socks. In the morning I wake up with the most fabulous feet I have ever had! They feel as soft as my hands almost lol. The packaging makes it easy to squeeze and comes with a lot of product. My mom lives in a tropical country and uses this religiously to help keep her feet cool and help with circulation. I bought this in April and started using it upon her recommendation when I started complaining of tired achy feet. It has helped me so much especially after being on my feet all day. I keep mine in the refrigerator and look forward to using it before I go to bed. It keeps me cool during these hot summer nights in California. I don't use it during the day because I like it cold and I don't always have the facilities to keep it cold. I'm now on my second 250ml bottle and will continue to purchase. It's not sticky, colorless and like all Body Shop products, it's not tested on animals. The peppermint smell is not overpowering and the scent does not last very long. It comes in a clear recyclable bottle so you can see how much product you have left in and not waste. (I'm a sucker for clear packaging). There is a flip top lid and you have to shake the bottle to get the product to the mouth and then squeeze the bottle. I also keep mine upside down so I don't have much squeezing to do. Sooo much gooodness in anything with peppermint! First thing you think about is peppermint mints and thats REFRESHING! The one word that sums this good stuff out. After a long day our legs and feet just feel worn and tired especially when we are pregnant!!! (thats all I could think about is why I didn't have this when I was prego!) but if you can't get them massaged this works just as good with a wonderful cooling effect that has a slight tingle=) its fantastic.
