Perfect to frame the eyes
I love my pink anastasia eye lights pencil. It blends easily, stays all day long, its easy to smudge. I use around my eyebrows (top and bottom, to emphasize their apperance and frame my face-I go light on the upper part and I put sublty a bit more on the bottom by the arch). Also works great in the inner corner of the eyes, to make them brighter. I put a bit in the outter corner towards the brow, to expand the shape of my eyes. Sometimes I dab a bit on the cupid's bow of my mouth, to emphasize it.
