CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT - Melt the tension away!!!
I've been known to get stressed and NEED baths to wind down. Baths have always helped but adding just a few drops of Vapor Bath to my baths makes things COMPLETELY different. This stuff really relaxes me but refreshes me, helps me breathe and calm down. My breathing is really the huge factor - I just feel so much more alive after a bath with this stuff. I'm still on my first bottle and it's been over a year since I first purchased it (and mind you I am known to take baths!)
