• Create the most uniform line by using your fingertip from your other hand to gently pull your lid slightly taut toward the outside of your face. Rather than apply with one continuous line, use short, feathery strokes across your lids from the inner corner to the outside of your lids. Follow the natural contour of your eyes, going as close to your lashes as possible. Then soften the line by using the built-in blender. Generally, the line should appear slightly wider at the outer end of your eyes and gradually narrow as it approaches the inner corner. When using Optic Effects as an eye shadow, sweep the color onto your lids, then blend with the built-in blender or your fingertip.
