Does what it says
This is kind of weirdly named, but I tried it because of what it claims to do. You draw this colorless pencil under your eyeliner, and it acts as a barrier to prevent smudging. In the summer months I get creasy so easy. I have only ever tried this with pencil eyeliner, as I don't think it would be necessary to use a stay-put product for eyeliner that already stays put (ex: gel, liquid). a bit greasy
I don't know, maybe I'm applying it incorrectly. It makes eyeliner run less, but not at all what I expected based on seeing the reviews and demos.
