Vastly over-rated.
For me it made my skin look blothcy and I ussed it as a powder over foundation and it made small and large imperfections magnatized!! I took it back to Sephora.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 4 people said helpful

The brush doesn't help....
I tried the brush with the Bare Minerals foundation and it still does not work for me. I have combination skin and "peach fuzz" and the foundation sticks to my peach fuzz and nothing else. Love!
I love this product, but you have to learn how to use it. It takes a bit of trial and error to get the right amount of product for the finish you are looking for. Also, make sure that you try different colors and finishes (matte may work for you better) and look at the product on your skin under natural lighting - as well as regular lamp lighting. Once I started using the right color for my skin tone, I never looked back. bareMinerals is the foundation for me! It never clumps and the coverage is supreme. Oily Mess
I've tried this product 3 different times. Each time thinking I'm doing something wrong because it shouldn't look like someone rubbed an oily pad across my face after using it. I can't seem to find the right combination for this product so I've given up. Gives mineral makeup a bad name.
i LOVE mineral foundation, but i hate this brand. The original formula of Bare Escentuals was sickeningly shiny (they call it luminous) and accentuated every bump and blemish. The matte formula was a step up but still nothing to write home about. The brushes are HORRIBLE, I'd rather use a brush from the 99 cent store than use this brush, it irritates my skin, makes it itchy and applies the foundat...read moreion like crap. My holy grail of mineral foundation is Larenim, sold at health food stores and yoga dens. Waste of money
I thought this would work great for me but it lead to clogged pores and breakouts. Their whole line is so terrible for both mine and my moms sensitive skin. Not only that but it made me look years older than I am. Don't need BE anymore!
The flawless face brush gives a poor application of the product. Whuch is why, I never became a fan of it.Also, the powder foundation is quite messy. And, it is also time consuming to get it to look decent on the face. After having products from this line on and off over the last 10 years, I recently decided that I will not be purchasing anymore BE products. Amazing!!
I have tried everything from, benefit, origins, Mac, Too faced, Tarte and I found this one to work the best! I have red under tones and this made me have a healthy red free glow instead of the chalky white other brands gave me! I love the feel and the natural even look! Just the brush
