ooh and ahhh

This is probably the only glitter liner I think I worth more than a few dollars, & yes that includes Urban Decay's glitter liner. Unlike most glitter liners, you only need a sweep of this to get a nice, opaque glitter line rather than a translucent line with spotty glitter coverage. It is also quite smooth & clump-free! The best thing though is that you won't be seeing glitter fallout throughout the day. This stuff stays put until you decide to wash it off.
