Keeps Color
I've been using Wen for a while and I love it! Recommended it to my mom and now she loves it. She has dyed, wavy hair; Wen keeps it shiny and she says it makes straightening her hair easier. My hair is curly and dyed (red, so it fades and bleeds easily); it keeps my curls bouncy and doesn't strip my color like any shampoo and conditioner I've used in the past (ie: Redken, Fekkai and Loreal to name a few). Plus reasonable $. — 2 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Poor Value
I so wanted to love this stuff after getting sucked in by the infomercials (I KNOW I KNOW!). I have thick medium length hair, and to use enough products I went through a lot of product pretty quickly. I found my hair to be soft and shiny after using the products the first few times, but after a few days my hair became weighted down and just greasy looking. The instructions say if your hair is greasy then you haven’t used enough, but I don’t know how I could have used any more to be honest. I tried mixing this with the tea tree as well, and although this was better it’s not worth messing around with at 30 dollars a pop. This is an overpriced conditioner in my opinion that doesn’t do well for oily skin. I will say that it makes an excellent (although pricey) dog shampoo. My terrier has a dry coat and really does well with this. Not to mention he smells heavenly after. — 2 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Horrible Products
I ordered this product over the phone, after explaining I had fine long hair, they sent me out this product, I used it for a period of 6 weeks, by week one I noticed my hair was falling out more, then by week 3 my hair started to feel greasy and weighed down. I started with the 6-8 pumps in each section (4) so I thought okay maybe I need to use less although they advertise the more you use the better it is, I rinsed it out throuroughly as well. By week 6 my hair was horrible, it looked like my hair had been dipped in a bucket of oil. So I stopped using it and used my old sulfate free shampoo/Conditioner and it was instant relief. So I called WEN and they explained this product was not for my hair type, but for thicker corse hair, so that was nice even after telling them my hair was fine they went ahead and sent me the wrong product. So then they said free of charge they would send me out the Cucumber & Aloe cleanser, so it arrived and after one day of using it my hair again was limp and lifeless. So its a big fat NO and thumbs down for me. On the plus side the Wen phone staff were lovely and they did cancel my subscription with no bother. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

New User - not sure it's worth it
I have fine, chemically-treated blond hair. Used Wen twice thus far, and I like the tingling sensation I get while it's on my hair, but it seems to weigh it down some - not give more body. I'll try it longer, since I have the intro pack, but thus far I'm not overly impressed - 'replaces' 5 products? they send you four products to replace 5, so I'm not actually using less product, just different... My daughter has thicker, curly blond hair, and I used it once on her - results were better, might have her use it instead of me - detangling properties were good. — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

love it!!
I read the review on this and was a bit hesitant to try it. I decided to go for it, and I'm so glad I did. If you use it according to the directions, it makes your hair look great. A bit on the pricey side, but it's worth it if you have dry, out of control hair. — 2 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 6 people said helpful

think again before they sucker you in!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have healthy long thick hair and started to use wen for less than a month now. I thaught it would help tame it but instead looks greasy and unmanageable. Last night I used the product for the last time when a dime sized chunk came out of the crown of my head and let's just say that wasn't fun!. This produc is doing more harm than you think, and this wont be the last complaint you hear about the product. I called customer service to make a claim and they could care less,I dont know why they use the word service because you don't recieve any. Then to find out they debited my account again befor time,so please do your research and don't get screwed by a double edge sword like I did. — 2 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful

WOW
I have very fine straight hair. If I didn't wash and condition it daily, it was a mess. I have been using this for 3 months now and I am amazed. My hair is shiny, manageable, and smells great! There is no greasy feeling and best of all it has reversed some of the damaged that the dreaded InStyler caused! My hair is in such better condition that my hairstylist now started using it! My only complaint is it is $$ — 2 years, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 8 of 9 people said helpful

It WORKS!!!!!!
Oh my God! I cannot believe how great my hair feels! I got a perm a few months ago and I've regretted it ever since. My fine but silky hair was frizzed out and the color would fade in a week. Not anymore with WEN! I followed the directions exactly and my hair ACTUALLY felt almost squeeky clean! After styling, I'm back to my silky hair, and I can grow out this stupid perm in peace without having to wear a bag over my head. I cant stop touching my hair. On weekends, I wash my hair with a regular sulfate free shampoo, ( L'oreal) just to get all the build up out of my hair, then the second shampoo is back to Wen. I cannot wait to see how this works on my normal hair when the perm os all grown out and gone. WOW MY hair has never looked better
I purchased the Almond Mint Cleansing Conditioner through the Wen site. I paid a bit more but wanted to try the cleanser without commiting to the auto shipments. I have very curly, kinky and fine hair. it's quite long and gets dry and frizzy very easily. I normally blow dry it straight since leaving it curly it tends to tangle. From the first time I used the Wen my hair has done a complete turnaround. It reminds me of my hair when I was much younger. It's soft and has a beautiful sheen to it. I find myself touching it during the day and can't beleive how soft it feels. I was afraid I'd get hooked because it's a little more than what I spend on shampoo. But now it's too late because I'm a Wen girl forever. It gives your hair so much body and it feels alive again. It doesn't have that strong shampoo smell that I was accustomed to but I look forward to using it (twice a week) because it's been a month and my hair just keeps getting better and better. I would use it more often but am being thrifty. As I said my hair has always tended to be dry so I'm not sure if it would work the same on thinner or more oily hair but if your hair is as I described mine to be I think you'll love it. Thanks Wen for a great product!!! — 3 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 6 of 7 people said helpful
