A little will go a long way. I have thin, curly hair and my apartment gets very humid. When I use this product, 1/2 a dime's worth, my curls loosen, the frizz disappears, and the shine is remarkable. If you use too much, you will loose your curl. It also makes all the other products I use work better. I know that for curly heads, every product is an adventure, so I'll just add that personally I found this to be excellent.06/28/2008
