Perfect!

by tarasala80866 (5 reviews)
I have been using this for 10 years, since I was a teenager, and I have lived all over the country and my skin has changed several times, and this always works. I have sensitive skin, and this always makes it feel better. I even use it on my eyes, because everything makes them dry and crack. I'll never use anything else, I've tried, and I always go back!12/19/2007

April 18, 2008, 11:50 am Comfession: I actually don't have sensitive skin (which is what constant comforter caters to) but I noticed the $22.50 price compared with my Perfect World $35 moisturizer and decided to make the switch! Also, the lady at Origins has informed me that they are discontinuing this line because of the paraffin used in the ingredients. Instead, she suggested Constant Comforter users to switch to Dr. Weil's Mushroom moisturizer (which I think is around #65). Needless to say, this is the last time I'm using Constant Comforter. I have combination skin, and I find this formula kind of medicinal smelling and a little bit too greasy for my face. It hasn't caused any break outs though. April 18, 2008, 11:50 am

February 15, 2008, 4:18 am This moisturizer has been excellent for my winter skin. I work outside with horses and my skin can be raw and red when I come inside. This moisturizer did relieve the redness and made it feel soft. I also get acne on my chin occasionally, and this does not trigger that. Origins has discontinued this product. I believe it is because it is inexpensive, and they are now wnat you to spend much more on Dr. Weil's very expensive "mushroom" line. This product also contains mushroom extract. I asked a salesgirl why would I spend four times as much on the new product, and she couldn't think of any reason. Boo. February 15, 2008, 4:18 am

      Great light moisturizer

      by AllForJason (12 reviews)
I love this stuff but I think Origins is discontinuing the line, so get it while you can. This stuff is great because it is so light. I do not have sensitive skin, per se, but I don't want to wear a real heavy cream, so this is truly the way to go. March 26, 2008, 11:13 am

I have never in 26 years been able to find a moisturizer that dosn't cause me to break out, or look normal under makeup, but this one delivers, and then some. It has such a light natural scent from the chamomile, and works great as a night moisturizer. It is perfect under makeup, and I've noticed that my skin dosn't "freak out" after a few hours, or when I wear it overnight. I've also noticed that my skin condition has dramatically improved from all the anti-freakout properties in this moisturizer! June 7, 2008, 1:10 pm

      • Chamomile, Rose and Lavender instantly merge with skin's surface to calm, smooth, hydrate and defend skin, while Chinese Hoelen Mushroom Extract helps prevent irritation. It softens fine lines, firms and comforts. Vitamin A bolsters skin's support. Vitamin E neutralizes free radicals before they can attack skin and create all sorts of beauty-havoc. All without ever feeling heavy, oppressive or suffocating. You'd need a slew of ordinary products to do the job this one product does.
