I was introduced to this product by a coworker and ever since I was run from other brands back to this green bottle of water. This is one of the effective eye makeup remover that I ever used - it's cleanses and remove throughly (it helps rub off stubborn mascara and waterproof eyeliners), and yet gentle on the delicate eye areas. I'm very pleased and impressed with this product. I really under estimate this simple water, but it really does the trick. Great, but a word of caution

Gentle and fresh
