I got a sample of "Berry Freeze" and was happy with the color but felt I was using a lipstick from the fifties - very dry! I quickly used some of my Sephora lip gloss to moisten my lips. One of my students gave me Toffee as an end of the year gift, and I liked it so much, I ordered another one! Beautiful and long lasting color makes me feel glamorous. I personally prefer lip gloss for the creamier, slicker feeling it gives, but I would never describe this product as dry. Lovely color, didn't notice any taste

I have used this in Garnet Frost and Amber Suede. Both are great colors that work well with my fair skin tone. They aren't shimmery, which I like, but give just a bit of shine. I didn't notice any taste like other reviewers have - maybe it has to do with the pigments used in their particular shades??? The coverage was excellent and it lasted longer with a lip primer, but it did leave behind marks on my glass when drinking and wore off after eating. I was a bit surprised that the color in the tube was a bit different once it was applied. It's like my natural lip color altered the lipstick color a bit. Not complaining - I liked the results. I wish it stayed on longer, but that's the problem with most lipsticks. I have this is bronze. I don't usually buy Mary Kay, but my mom sells it now, so I tried the lipstick. I am not a lip stick wearer but I really love the color bronze. It shows up nicely on my lips. The color selection is nice but MK lipstick dries my lips out terribly. Also it's price is a bit high. I would much rather buy Maybeline lipstick for $5 or New York Color lipstick for $1. They actually moisturize my lips and the color has staying power.
