Not Crazy About This...

Love the color but drying

Great color, Toffee
One of my students gave me Toffee as an end of the year gift, and I liked it so much, I ordered another one! Beautiful and long lasting color makes me feel glamorous. I personally prefer lip gloss for the creamier, slicker feeling it gives, but I would never describe this product as dry.
