Holy Grail Product
I'm a makeup junkie and I rarely buy the same product twice. However, I have purchased fluidline in blacktrack 3 TIMES. I use it every day, hands down. It is the best eyeliner out there. I use a brush and make a little bit of a cateye. It is smooth, easy to apply, and lasts all day- no budging, no smudges, no fixits.
