The Best

Best waterline liner

Does. not. smudge.
I finally found my ultimate eye liner! You'll have about 30 seconds to smudge or make subtle changes and then it is on for the day! I can control the lines and love making different looks with this pencil. Good, but smudges.
Maybe it's because I lost this for a good couple of months and then recently found it, so it is a bit old, but it seems to smudge a lot. Especially in the hot weather. I am a teacher and I looked at my self in the mirror after teaching and realized I had big black strikes under my eyes the whole time. Other then that, it does go on smooth. The consistently is really easy to work with. The color is really awesome (I have the black). It doesn't have the sparkles in it that I don't want. The Best!!
I had always tried to use eyeliner but had difficulty with sharp pencils. This is by far the best eyeliner I have ever tried....and I've tried alot. This pencil is a must for every girl! It is by far the easiest pencil to put on...very smooth, no pulling. That's very important when it comes to your eyes...you don't want to pull and tug at the skin around you eyes. I love the MAC eye pencil because it doesn't run on my face as much as others do.
