Editor Review

Rated a 6.5

Made with shea butter, beeswax and mango butter, this moisturizer not only softens cuticles but works well on elbows and feet, too. The lemon scent smells delicious in the container but once on the skin it takes on a burning wood fragrance. Because it's extremely thick and greasy, use sparingly and at night. Watch the expiration date; you probably won't make it through the cute container in time.

LUSH continues to amaze with each and every item I try lately.

This Fair Trade Foot Lotion works perfectly as a daily foot lotion or is perfect in combination with the Volcano Foot mask for occasional pampering. Almond oil, cocoa butter, spearmint, peppermint and Tagetes Minuta flower oil blend perfectly together in this delicately pink lotion. The results are pretty impressive and th...e moisturizing benefits last overnight. The lotion soothes and moisturizes and leaves your feet with a little pepperminty tingle. I'll be using this a lot in the summer! Quite possibly my favorite foot lotion find! If you love this, you will totally fall for "Smitten." May 5, 2008, 12:46 am

    Hand modeling hands

    by HeatherShea (13 reviews)
If you want the shiniest and most beautiful cuticles this cream is for you. It is a bit greasy but truly softens your cuticles and is nice when you rub into your hands before bed. It might be a bit much for the everyday use (unless your a hand model or something :-)) but it most definitely worked for my beat up hands. I'm a...lways working outside with kids plus I'm a chronic cuticle picker so I loved this stuff! December 13, 2007, 7:19 pm

    A Bit Messy, But Addictive

I've been a Pied de Pepper devotee for several years now now. This is perhaps my favorite lush product. It makes my feet so nice and smooth, but it's the scent that really glues me to it. I'm mad about sweet-n-spicy smells and this one is just heaven to me. I'd love to smell like Pied de Pepper all over. It smells good ...enough to eat. My only complaint is that it's a bit messy. The cream is brown and stains my socks and sheets when I'm putting it on or don't rub it in all the way. It washes out, so it's not that big of a deal though. December 12, 2007, 11:20 pm

    great product

    by kellster32 (5 reviews)
This is a great product that I don't mind buying all the time. I can only go to Lush when I go to Toronto, Canada, so that is when I purchase. It has a great scent and really goes to work on my feet. Careful on the expiration date - I have used it past the date, but since the product is homemade it really starts to break... down after that point. A little pricey, but well worth it. Incredibly greasy!

    by meghan4mark (20 reviews)
I had such high hopes for it but this one definitely is not for me, which is unfortunately because I adore Lush products. It's just too greasy and takes forever to dry - I felt like I couldn't touch anything for hours afterward. The smell isn't bad but the consistancy is just awful. I recommend Burt's Bees Lemon Butter C...uticle Cream - it's basically the same product, only done better! December 5, 2007, 12:36 am

    wish they bottled this smell!

So I really just use this foot cream for the fragrance--it smells of clove, cinnamon, and vanilla, which just intoxicates me. The texture is not overly thick, but is still quite hydrating. It's a little oily, so after applying it I wear my slippers around for a bit instead of throwing my shoes right on. As with all Lush pr...oducts, use this one by the expiration date or it'll get thick and unusable. November 30, 2007, 10:24 am

I use this before going to bed so that I don't mind the greasies on my fingertips. I like the scent of this paired with a lavender hand cream...then it's easy to go straight to sleep! In the mornings I wake up to soft hands. December 21, 2007, 12:34 pm

    Fair Trade is Right!

    by NovaGirl (3 reviews)
Hand over your money for this, and it will be a fair trade indeed. My heels are more than a little prone to cracking, but just a sample's worth was enough to not only be multiple thin applications, but enough so that by the next morning, the cracks were gone. It's minty. It's efficient. It's my favourite foot lotion. December 9, 2007, 2:58 pm

    really works!!

    by ingridbergman (8 reviews)
This mask for feet deoderises and makes feet smell like cinnamon for days.Make sure you have plastic bags handy- can be messy and you want to cover totally. Great for runners, those who wear boots for long periods, etc- I love it. Dries feet a little- best in summer, or apply lotion after using in winter. October 29, 2007, 8:57 am

  • How much time do we spend on our faces? In comparison, those hard-working feet of ours often suffer from neglect. Tootsies also need tender loving care to keep them soft and smooth. Spending a small amount of time is worth the bother because when your toes feel good you feel good. Make your face jealous and try a soothing foot cream, a scrubby body butter, a dusting powder to banish unwanted odors, or even a minty-fresh foot mask.
