  The *best* base I've used!

  Hands-down, this is the best eye makeup primer I've used! I hate reapplying/touching up my makeup, so I'd rather take the extra step in the morning so I don't have to. The squeeze tube packaging is minimalist and sanitary. You get a third of an ounce for around $10 (it's only available at CVS, as far as I know). The bas...e is a lightly tinted nude shade. The texture is a thick cream. I'll smooth a tiny dab over each eyelid. It takes a little pressure to squeeze it out of the tube, but it blends easily and dries quickly. There is no fragrance, and it has not irritated my sensitive eyes/eye area. Powder eyeshadow applies easily overtop, and the color appears true. It truly lasts all day without fading or creasing, yet removes easily with my regular eye makeup remover. It also works well as a base for cream eyeshadows (though I prefer MAC Paints for this purpose). I've been using the same tube for over a year, and I still have 1/3 left (but I still bought a backup- I don't want to ever be without it!)   BETTER than the specialty store brands for less $$$!

  This was the first eye makeup primer I ever used and it's the one I love the most. The formulation is creamy and goes on smooth, blending in flawlessly to create a strong base to hold your eyeshadow and liner all day. It's amazing stuff! I use my pinky finger to apply it to my eyelids and spread it out until it blends in to... my skin, then apply my eyeshadow on top, building as much as I want. I've never had eyeshadow get dull while wearing this primer underneath. A great purchase to help you get the most out of your eyeshadows, by far. I can't recommend this highly enough.   The Absolute Best for Oily Eyelids

  I have tried many eye makeup bases and hands down this is the very best. I have extremely oily eyelids (and face for that matter) and have trouble wearing mascara let alone eye shadow. Now I can wear both all day with not a touch of oil coming thru. Also works in the heat when sweating!! This is the bomb of all eye base...s. August 11, 2008, 6:36 pm

  An Absolute Must-have For All Eyeshadow Wearers!!!!

  I have tried UDPP, Too Faced Shadow Insurance, and other brands of eyeshadow primers. And, I thought that I was using the all of the top shadow primers out here until I started using this product as a eyeshadow base. First off, this product blends well on the eyelids. You can readily get it as opposed to always having to ...order online for other eyeshadow primers. And, best of all, this stuff keeps my eye makeup on all day until I wash it off. I just take a liitle bit, apply it to my eyelid using my finger, and then I apply powder over it to set it. As, it just that simple!!! I have sensitive skin as well as sensitive eyes. So, I am definitious of anything that I put on my face. And, with this product, I didn't experience any type of sensitivities or reactions at all to it. Ladies this product is a must-have! As, UDPP is the only eyeshadow primer that rocks. As, this one does as well! November 4, 2008, 7:46 pm

  Helps with allergies

  I am so very allergic to eye shadows of all types. This base makeup helps me! I am able to wear shadows and love it when I use Lumene Beauty Base Eye Makeup. I'm even able to wear red based eye shadows, which I normally can't. I'm so happy I found this product! May 15, 2008, 9:30 am
