MAC Nail Lacquer Reviews

I thought I would try this because I liked the orangey red color.
It went on well, color looked good, but I still prefer O.P.I. polishes better because they have a longer brush. — 2 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Quick dry and no chipping
This is my special occasion nail color. I still like my first shade - Dark Angel (please don't ever let it discontinue!). This nail color is smooth and creamy, not watery. One coat is usually enough, but sometimes I have to do 2 coats for my thumbs. I enjoy coordinating these unique colors with other MAC products. MAC has taught me to be more creative! — 4 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

you gotta be quick
if you dont stay right on top of them the new shades seel out instantly, which is the only bad thing about MAC polish. other than that, you cant go wrong, b/c you know how much youd spend on a mani/pedi? well, this looks that good and you get to keep the color! — 5 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

not a fan
They do have a great variety of colors, but personally, i feel they're too runny. They chipped within 3 days, and the bottle is too bulky. I have the hello kitty edition. It took forever to dry, all around It just wasn't worth the money.. — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

great polish
This polish is just as good as a manicure if not better. Good colors, goes on smooth and really last a long time. — 3 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Colors!
There's nothing special about the formula of MAC's polishes. In general, they require 1 -3 coats, dry quickly, and don't chip for a few days. What's really special about these little beauties is the colors. The shades are always modern, unique, and right on trend. When I buy a MAC polish, I do so because there aren't any dupes even remotely close. The packaging is great, too. The caps are big and rubbery, making cracking them open quick and easy, even when it's glued down with dried polish. — 3 years, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

LOVE!
I never tried MAC's Nail Lacquer before but I just recently bought two from their 'Quite Cute' Collection and I am in LOVE!! It goes on really well without streaking, and the ones I got were both a creamy texture. The bottle is a good size and its pretty true to color if you apply two coats. Dries fairly fast which is an added plus! — 2 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

color - Mercenary
I love Mercenary! I've heard bad things about MAC polishes so I was hesitant to purchase, but I'm so glad that I did. Application was a breeze on this one, perfection in two coats. This color is very complex and hard to describe; a dirty, bronze gold it the best thing I can come up with. My only complaint is that is it pretty chippy but I change my mani enough that it isn't a huge problem. — 3 years, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Gorgeous colors...but $12?
I only have one MAC nail polish (concubine) and it's a gorgeous deep shimmery red. Application is smooth; not to thick or thin. The brush is a little small but easy to work with. I only gave it a 7 because it's a lil pricey! I don't like the idea of spending more than $10 on a nail polish when there are so many cheaper options! But oh well I'm a sucker for MAC! — 2 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful

beautiful colors
I love the selection and quality. They have edgy colors which I appreciate. I haven't had problems with chipping or wearability — 1 year, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
