This product is great for all skin types. It helps with redness and irritation, dry skin, hyperpigmentation and just makes skin feel good! I like to use it in winter time when my skin tends to get chapped. scent that is. I read through the ingredient list and it has "Phaeodactylum Tricornotum (Vegetable Plankton) Extract" on it. That must be the culprit. This is a great product! A small amount is enough to make your skin soft and supple through the night. It is a bit stinky, like most organic/natural proucts, but one gets used to it fast. I use it almost every night and especially after I have exfoliated, twice a week.
