I absolutely love what Kerastase does for my long hair. It calms flyaways, leaves it shiny and manageable, and I bask in the smell all day long (so does my fiance!). Since it's so expensive, I use it only on important days (weekends, etc.). Let's face it...Kerastase is pretty expensive for shampoo and conditioner. I'll admit, I was a skeptic until I tried this product, but now I can't get enough. I'd recommend this product for people with fine-but-thick hair that tends to get weighed down easily....Lait Vital will NEVER weigh your hair down- no matter how dry or coarse my hair is, Lait Vital makes it baby soft and shiny.
