    great so far

I have only been using this for a week but I am very impressed so far. I loved my Lancome moisturizer but it was too heavy for the summer so I had to find something else. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for when I tripped across this moisturizer. I like that it is natural. It is a cream-gel hybrid which makes it really light and great for the humid summers (might be too light for ...read morethe winter though). It hasn't caused me to break out at all and I have noticed that the pink marks from old pimples have been fading really quickly. For a moisturizer I thought the price was really reasonable, anything under $40 and I am happy. A little goes a long way so this should last me a good long while. The only negative is that even though it does sink into my skin pretty quickly, but my skin does feel a bit sticky for 5 minutes after I put it on.

    Nice natural product

The reason I always come back to Korres products are that they are natural without parabens or synthetic chemicals. I like this moisturizer, because in combination with a sunscreen, it helps to keep my melasma at bay. It also keeps my skin lightly moisturized; nice to use in the summer months.

    Worth A Try

I have combination/dry skin that tends to be extra shiny and finicky this time of year when the weather is changing. I have found that many moisturizers with sunscreens (not block) ingredients tend to exacerbate this and cause problems with the way makeup wears throughout the day, aka the greasy sunscreen look. But I prefer to only use products with completely naturally-based ingredients and pre...read moreservatives anyway. This turned out to be a pretty decent day moisturizer. The consistancy is perfect for the oily t-zone area while still maintaining a good moisture balance in drier areas. The amount of zinc-oxide in it helps soothe blemishes and is also the reason for the spf 6 sunblock (FDA approved at that). I used about a pearl sized amount to cover my face and neck and found it easy to control the amount in different areas of the face. One factor I'd like to highlight is how quickly this absorbs into the skin; I don't have air conditioning and had no problem with my face becoming sweaty after I applied. No need to stand in front of a fan for five minutes before applying makeup! And my mineral makeup wore well over this moisturizer. However, in the end I found this moisturizer to be too light and does nothing for redness. But for someone with oily or combo/oily skin, this is definately worth a try. (FYI I purchased this as part of a kit that contained the Korres White Tea Cleanser, Pomegranate Scrub, Pomegranate Creme-Gel Moisturizer, and Evening Primrose Eye Cream all for about $39. An interesting assortment of products, I thought. The sizes were very small, but that's to be expected from a trial kit. One thing that bothered me most was the lack of a toner in this regimen-- as a professional, I consider that a necessary step, especially for oily skin. It bothers me that Korres makes only one which they don't include in their line at many locations. I had a very basic, gentle, natural toner at home that I eventually included in this new Korres-based routine. That and my opinion of the other products aside, this is a good way to try the product at home before buying, as it is an investment.)

    Heavenly Moisturizer

I have oily, acne prone skin, and when I first received this product, I almost didn't use it. The cream-gel formula was thicker than I expected, and I was sure it would break me out. The smell of the lotion is completely heavenly though, and I decided to give it a chance. I quickly learned that you need very little product to do the job -- if you use to much, you'll definitely be left with oily sk...read morein. Once I found the right amount, I was in love. This product creates a barrier between your skin and any environmental irritants, moisturizes beautifully, is non-irritating, and even helped my existed blemishes heal. It also has a little SPF (6).

    Very Good Product

I have combination skin, and i needed something to that can balance my skin out to keep it from being oily but still look moist and refreshed. Since i live in NYC, the winter can be a little harsh to your skin. This product keeps you hydrated for most of the day, though you may need to reapply if your going to be out from morning to night.
