Stressing out about stress

I hate stress and anxiety, yet I am one of those people who constantly stress out about everything and absolutely nothing all at once. (especially this time of year!) This is a real problem, it can reek havoc on your health and most definitely on your appearance - the worst part! I try to be as healthy as possible, I eat well, take vitamins and exercise every single day yet I can't get away from my self-created stress. I even get products for it like the Dermalogica Stress Relief oil pictured here. It's nice, but I don't know how much it helps... (Btw, the product is a blend of essential oils ...10/01/2008

      • To use: For massage and scalp treatments, pump a small amount onto palm of hand and massage onto the body or scalp. For aromatherapy bath, add 4-8 pumps into the bath. Alternatively to intensify your body moisturiser, add one pump to the cream.
