Best and Easiest Liner to Apply!! A "10"

Look of love eye pencil from FLIRT (Kohl's exclusive) is the easiest eye liner on my eyes! It's soft enough that it does not tug and dgrag on my eye lip when I am running it close to my last line. "BROWNIE POINTS" is a great brown, and my other favorite is "ICE PIXIE". It is kind of a forest green with a little frost. They are beautiful, and very blendable if you want to "smudge out" your liner for a not so harsh look. GREAT!!! and for $10.00 a great value!07/10/2008
