New favorite Toner
I love this. It is so refreshing, yet not stinging like some toners aimed at oily skin. I use this AM and PM as part of my regimen. It has an easy pump to get just the right amount on the cotton pad, so none is wasted (and that's good, it's a bit pricey, which is why I give it a 9, not a 10).
