      • Apply to hair wet or dry. For long hair apply wet and dry in. For shorter styles apply to dry hair to create shabby, chic, messy and rock 'n roll hair. This product works like hairspray in a jar. It has the same hold without destroying the environment. Rockster Hair leaves the hair full and light, it contains no oil so hair will not go flat.
