I like this line of lip gloss in general, but I didn't care for this flavor. I usually love black cherry-flavored things, but this didn't really taste like black cherry to me. It has a strange, almost licorice-like taste. Other than that, it's a decent lip gloss: good shine, very moisturizing, and decent staying power. I use this almost everyday on top of my lipstain, lipstick or all by itself. It has a yummy cherry flavor/scent and the mint feels nice on the lips. Best of all, it helps with my chronically dry lips in that it keeps it supple and soft. After YEARS AND YEARS of searching, I finally found the perfect lipstain--LIPTINI!!! The colors are gorgeous, they stay on ALL DAY, but like all lip stains it is necessary to put something on top so your lips do not feel dry. Most lip balms or similar products contain oils that break down the lip stain. This one is GREAT!!! It must be water based because I put this on top of the LIPTINI lip stain and I just get a beautiful glossy shine that lasts for a long time. Even if it comes off, the lip stain is still there intact. I just went to Bath and Body Works and took advantage of their buy 2, get one free sale and purchased 3 of the magenta mentha lip shine.
