Ok well not really, but this does smooth over the ridges so that your nail polish goes on smoothly. I've used others and they just leave the nail bed white. I reluctantly tried Lippman ridge filler and polish becauae the price was twice as much as OPI and Essie. I haev to tell you, the result was better looking, smooth nails and teh polish lasted at least 2 weeks with NO chips! I have two kids and my hands are always in the water!
