Gentle

Not that great at exfoliating as I like rough, scratchy exfoliators like the Tree Hut Sugar Scrub. This exfoliates but is too gentle for me.

Body salt scrub (yellow)

This scrub took off a sun spot that was rough & about the size of a quarter. The secret is > use on dry skin first <. After 3-4 weeks, the rough surface was gone, & the shade of the spot was 80% lighter...I was shocked! This body scrub is meant for use on the body, but I am trying it on a small spot on my face. It's been 1 week, & it's working! Since this positive experience w/ that 1 spot on ...read moremy leg, I have begun to use it on legs, arms, & décolletage, before any more crusty spots appear. We were all foolish in the 60's soaking up those harmful sun rays, and many of us are paying for it now.

Sugar scrubs are better.

This salt scrub and several others I"ve used tend to dry me out after i use them. This one actually burned a bit! I've noticed that after exfoliating with a sugar scrub I don't have to moisturize as much afterwords. I've kicked all salt scrubs aside and going back to sugar scrubs.
